How Dashboards Get You To Actionable Insights

🎥 Watch the video

Every department in retail works differently, so we've built dashboards that meet you where you are — one for marketing, one for store operations, and one for real estate.

When to use this

Use the dashboard built for your role — marketing, store operations, or real estate — to get the metrics and actions that matter most to you.

How it works

Every dashboard opens with four action-based cards at the top. Behind these, your store network is plotted on a scatter chart, bucketing every location into four groups. Which action applies to each bucket depends on the dashboard you're looking at.

Take the Market Capture dashboard as an example. It points you to locations where there's an opportunity to invest more in marketing, and to locations where you can deprioritize or reallocate marketing spend because the opportunity there is lower.

There are a few different views here too, using the same Visits Analysis component you'll see elsewhere in the platform — more on that in the Visits Analysis article.

Why it matters

These dashboards do the analysis for you. Rather than hunting through data for an insight, they bucket your locations into groups that have specific actions attached. Updates are summarized in a weekly email, and you can export the underlying data as a CSV, or export the visuals as an image.

Getting started

Head to your dashboard and pick the view built for your role — marketing, store operations, or real estate.
